Comaskey Properties are always looking for new agents to help us promote our properties here in the Orihuela Costa.

If you have clients, work associates, friends or relatives, who are looking to buy property by the beach, or by the golf courses, we have properties situated in all of these places.

We have a team of agents who can arrange collection of your clients at the airport, accommodation in the locality of where your client wishes to buy and will ensure that your clients are well taken care of whilst they are here in Spain.

What do we need?

Agents in the UK and Ireland generating these leads, finding out as much information as possible about the clients' requirements and in some cases qualifying the clients financial status. Our agents are not exclusively auctioneers or estate agents. We deal with a golf pro, two tennis coaches, teachers, journalists and just about anyone with good contacts. Especially if you are familiar with Comaskey Properties and the area, you will know that now is the time to buy and we are the company buy through. Armed with that knowledge you can send your contacts to us in confidence.

What do you get in return?

A fair percentage of the income obtained by Comaskey Properties when selling or buying a property which has either been generated by you, or to a client referal provided by you. A collaboration agreement will be drawn up between both companies stating the level of percentage to be paid upon a completion between us. Simple!

How do you start?

Contact us now, on our email address of property@comaskey.com and we will advise what documents we need in order to draw up the contract. We can provide details of all of our properties for you to promote on your website – either by a high tech link which allows for fast transfer of information, or we will simply email/post you a selection of properties in order that you can start promoting the idea to your clients.
