The Comaskey family have lived and worked in La Zenia, Spain since 1999, first establishing the now world famous Paddys Point Irish pub as one of Spain's top selling bars in an incredibly short time.
We've also been involved in such diverse businesses as The Well pub, Treasure Trove gifts, the M50 bar, The Sandwich stop, Head to Toe hairdressers, Zest restaurant (now La Zenia Fish and Chips) and Call/Net internet cafe
Ian Comaskey, director of Comaskey Properties, relocated here from Mullingar, Ireland in 2001 and we sold our first property in January 2002.
The Orihuela Costa has experienced huge changes since then, especially during the boom days of 2004 and 2005. Prices in 2010 are now almost at the price levels of ten years ago and the La Zenia/Cabo Roig areas are a buyers dream market.
Comaskey Properties specialise in resale property in these key-areas as well as Playa Flamenca, Villa Martin and all Polaris World resorts. Whether its front line beach, golf, holiday, rental and investment property, we have it!.
Comaskey Properties itself has changed too. From humble beginnings of a rented office, one computer, and staff of two, we've grown to be Ireland´s largest selling Spanish property agent.
We know Spain and we especially know the Costa Blanca. If you are buying here, you should buy from Comaskey Properties. We know of no better way to purchase property in La Zenia/Cabo Roig.
Why not take advantage of one of our viewing trips?
