While doing so, we discovered that we have just less than 60 million euro worth of resale property in La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. This does not include new properties of course or property in other regions of Spain. We really are the experts in the region. I thought that was just a sales pitch but its' actually true! I was on an Easyjet flight last week form Newcastle to Alicante and my neighbour had a plan to fix Ryanair. The last time he was on a Ryanair flight it cost 5 euro for a can of beer he told me, so in protest at the inflated price he only had one. Easyjet it appears were one euro cheaper for the same beer so on this flight, he had 2! We all have to think of inspirational ways to beat the recession! Or Danmark as you call it! We have a list of banks that are better than others for say, new properties, interest only, mortgages to retired people,easy to pay off loans etc. Just because one particular bank is not keen to deal with you does not mean that we cant find finance in almost every case. Now, Is The Time To Buy An Irish economist who was the only person in the property industry to label the housing market a bubble said last week that now is the right time for new buyers to enter the market according to Charlie Weston in the Irish Independent. Derek Brawn, whose book on the property market predicted the bursting of the bubble, claims that optimal time to buy a house is not at the bottom of the market but just before the market hit the bottom.
