Inspection trip on the Costa Blanca

Comaskey Properties, for 2011, have a new inspection trip designed to not just show you property but, even more importantly, to show you the area so that you know where you are buying.
The time-table for the inspection trip will be set by you, once you tell us that you are genuinely interested in purchasing a Costa Blanca property.
We cover all accommodation and airport transfers- you just pay us for the cost of the flights from your chosen airport and your normal expenses while here. Typically clients spend 3 days with us on these information tours. The trips are different from the old style "MRI" trip where pressure was their key selling tool.

Your trip is designed to cover the following key aspects-

An area tour so you can see the benefits of purchasing on the Costa Blanca.
Property viewing within the price range you express to us.
Introduction to other estate agents in the region, if we simply do not have the right property for you.
Introductions to CajaMurcia and Sol Bank. They speak your language and will open bank accounts and discuss mortgages, if required.
Currency transfer appointments organised in order to save you money with your currency exchange.
Meetings set up with a legal company such as Spanish Solutions. They will explain to you the full costs and consequences from a tax point of view of buying here.
You will meet our rental department, if you are purchasing for investment, rather than lifestyle.
Freetime- another key of our inspection trip is the time you get when you are not with us. If you play golf, for example, you may wish to play nine holes and try out one of the local championship courses- you may wish to see a La Liga game, visit a vineyard or see a bullfight! It's your call!
