Rent to Buy

Another first for Comaskey Properties. We can now offer a selection of value for money resales in our Rent to Buy scheme.

How it works is we find you the property and negotiate the buying price.

If you are not in a position to buy now, for whatever reason, we will rent the property to you for a certain period, say one year.

At the end of this time, or anytime during it, you can buy the house less all money already paid in rent - A win / win deal for buyers and sellers!
