Steps to Selling your Property:

In order for Comaskey Properties to provide you with the best possible service in selling your Spanish Property, here are a few useful guidelines.

Valuation

We will visit your property and give you a realistic valuation, based on current market conditions. We will take photos which will appear on our website and on our office brochures.

Should you wish for a 'Virtual Tour" to appear on our website we can provide this service for a small fee.

Marketing

If you live in the property we will contact you when we have a client who wishes to view it. A clean, tidy property will always show much better and remember light is very important so open all curtains and blinds.

Potential buyers feel uncomfortable when the owner is present so take the dog for a walk while we are there.

If the property is vacant please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and we will require a set of keys to be left in our office.

Sold

When we receive an offer we will contact you immediately. Most purchases are completed within four to twelve weeks from the date we receive the deposit. If you are unable to be in Spain at the time of completion you can arrange to give your legal representative power of attorney.
