Costa Blanca new developments and our Summer Sales Event 2015. – Comaskey Properties

As many of you will know we were lucky enough to recruit Peter Hassalls who came to the company a month or two back with many years experience in the industry having been one of the  top sales people (ever) with the company QSD.

One of Peter’s strengths and the main activity he finds himself involved in with us is new developments- establishing collaboration contracts and getting deals for our property buyers.

We designed (and re designed) a super new web site under the “Spanish Solutions Real Estate” brand to highlight the products we’ve been successfully selling to date.

As with everything tech related, there has been a series of snags and still we have no web site. It´s coming soon however. Part of it is our own fault, part of it has to do with technology but in the meantime, I’m putting on a list of our favourite new developments which we’ve started trading and selling to happy buyers.

As part of our Summer Sales Event, we can guarantee any buyer who purchases one of these new developments from Comaskey Properties or our sister company “Spanish Solutions Real Estate” a saving of 5,000 euro or more. This saving can be had in the form of free legal fees (we do own a legal and conveyancing firm, remember??) reduced notary fees, taxes etc.
