The Villamartin plaza is most certainly worth a mention, a Spanish square with a black and white chessboard pattern surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, banks and restaurants. In the heat of summer the nightlife atmosphere is buzzing with life and noise. The area is popular year-round as a holiday destination for domestic and international tourists, attracted by the close proximity to the Orihuela Costa's fine sandy beaches and the abundance of quality leisure facilities located within the community.
